The Presbytery of Port Phillip East is running an Understanding the Uniting Church course. It will help participants learn and better understand the ethos, heritage and polity of the UCA. This is a free course that will run over between December to March and is open to anyone. Participants will gather each month via Zoom.
We will have an introductory in person session on Tuesday 5 December from 7-9pm at Melbourne Fijian Uniting Church. During this session, we will cover the course material, timetable and course assessments. A certificate of completion will be given to everyone who completes the assessments. For those in a Ministry of Pastor roles or Lay preachers candidates, this course will contribute to your core competencies.
