The Port Phillip East Presbytery Property Committee initially developed a comprehensive 66-page property manual to assist congregations in managing responsibilities related to property maintenance, leasing and renting, buying and selling, capital works (both small and major), insurance, safety, compliance, and security. It also includes dedicated sections on manses, as well as grants and loans. This resource has since been updated with current information and guidance and is now available as the UCA Property Services Manual for use by all congregations and presbyteries.
