An Evening of Listening and Conversation on

The Uluru Statement and the Voice Referendum

“We ask Australians to accept our invitation to walk with us in a movement of the Australian people for a better future. We call for the establishment of a First Nations Voice enshrined in the Constitution and a Makarrata Commission to supervise a process of agreement-making and truth-telling about our history.”

The Voice proposal arises from an invitation to the people of Australia from The Uluru Statement from the Heart. This is an opportunity to hear what gave rise to the referendum and consider the vital issues and questions raised by First Peoples.
