DESCRIPTION:The Presbytery is hosting an evening conversation on discipleship\, exploring models from around the world and how they might shape ministry and mission within our congregations. We’re delighted to welcome Rev Dr Julian Hamilton in person as he helps us open this discussion — not to offer neat answers\, but to create space for thoughtful reflection and fresh ideas. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Pentecost Sunday\, 24 May at 2pm\, at Glen Waverley Uniting Church (10–12 Bogong Ave\, Glen Waverley VIC) as we joyfully celebrate our annual Presbytery Ministry Milestone Service. This special gathering honours the remarkable ministers and volunteers who have offered many years of faithful and dedicated service within their church communities. Each year\, it is a treasured opportunity to give thanks\, share stories\, and recognise the enduring commitment that strengthens our life together. \nSince last year\, the Presbytery has extended this celebration to include congregation volunteers\, alongside ministers. \n\nMinisters: A list of ministers to be recognised will be provided by the Synod.\nVolunteers: Congregations are invited to nominate volunteers who have demonstrated exceptional service\, long‑term commitment\, and a clear intention to serve faithfully within the life of the congregation.\n\nNominations and RSVPs close on Friday\, 15 May at 5pm. Please send volunteer nominations to Anne Kim\, Presbytery Secretary\, at secretary@ucappep.org. \nWe look forward to celebrating this joyful occasion with you.
